We are happy to announce the offical launch of our very own Rusty Pickle blog! This will be a great source of up-to-date info on all of the Picklelicious happenings! Rusty Pickle Retreat!!

We had a fab long weekend in Utah with the Rusty Pickle DT, Lance & Tasha (Owners) and the spectacular hard working Alaina! I loved getting to know everyone on the team...and can now declare that we must have the best DT in the world...everyone got along great, and I was amazed at the amount of teamwork, creativity and mentoring going on!

Small disaster at my home

So yesterday we had some high wind gusts...and I heard a loud crash in the front of my house...then I heard an electicity sound...then all I could see were sparks flying everywhere from the front window. My 8 y/o son was just playing in the front yard with 3 of his friends...my dh & I quickly located all 4 boys, we were so scared they may have still been out there....thank goodness they were all in the house!!! The fire department responded quickly and put out the small house fire! We were all evacuated from the house for 4 hours sitting in a vacant lot playing a board game...waiting for the power company to arrive and disconnect the power line! There were 3 other fires/downed power lines around the same time here in town...so we patiently waited our turn.

I feel so blessed when I think of all the "what if's" we areVERY fortunate! So we hopefully will have our power restored soon...living on generators and extention cords for now!

Important announcement....Raffle!

Hey, I don't know if you have heard about the gentleman in Utah who was shot by a kid from Vegas 4 times in the chest. He runs a lodge in Panguitch, Utah and the family from Vegas had come to rent a cabin . This was a random act of violence. Tracey is now paralized from the chest down. He has a family with 9 children to support. There is something you can do to help with this! Rusty Pickle is donating $500 in product to be raffled off on Legacy.

You can enter your name 1 time for $5 or 5 times for $20. There is no profit in this.

ALL FUNDS WILL BE DONATED DIRECTLY TO THE FAMILY. Rusty Pickle hopes to raise $10,000.00, enough to cover the family's catastrophic insurance deductable. There are also some fund raiser crops- one in Arizona and one in Salt Lake City. These will offer classes taught by Lance and dinner. again, ALL FUNDS WILL BE DONATED DIRECTLY TO THE FAMILY!! If you would prefer to do a direct donation, there is a bank account set up in their name. Feel free to call 801-604-3007 if you have any questions. (This is my cell phone) WE CAN DO THIS GIRLS!!
