Busy week in store for me...tomorrow I'm off to Vallejo California...destination Six Flags! Yep off to ride the roller coasters with the kiddo's! Then next weekend we are headed to Sweet Home Oregon for the huge Oregon Jamboree...a county music festival that runs 3 days and features 5 to 6 artists a day! We will camp in the motorhome and spend some time fishing and swimming too! and of coarse take gobs of pics as usual!

Rusty Pickle altered jar: Our year in a jar!

A fun project I just finished up: I altered a candle jar using Rusty Pickle Mayflower collection and then made a mini album to fit inside. The mini-album is family pictures from this year...our year in a jar! Hope you enjoy it~Kathie~

Picture of the week!

How can you not love that face! Caesar our 1 1/2 year old boxer....he is so funny…such a big kid! He loves to have his picture taken more than my 8 y/o son....although my son doesn't try to lick the lens! One of his favorite games is to steal things and take them out to the yard...when he is hungry he will just come up and put his head in your lap until you get up and fill his dish....if anyone is cuddling he will come and try to squeeze inbetween for a group hug....hmmmmm this may prove to be very effective with my teenage daughters and all those boys that stop by! Ok off to go sleep for a few hours....just thought I'd better put something here....I promised myself I would keep up with this blog! ~Kathie~

First Publication as a Rusty Pickle chef

My first publication for the RP design team is my mini album: Faces that I Love! They have sent me a copy of what the magazine layout will look like and I was shocked to see they are including every page! This album was from pitstop 6 and was so much fun to put together!

<---- A lo I did tonight, I'm not sure if I'm happy with it yet...I just couldn't seem to find much creativity tonight. I think it's because I have to return to work after having a 3 week vacation. Thanks for looking and sharing the excitement of my mini album being published!

Rusty Pickle Amazing Race II: wow this was a whirlwind of scrapping! So much fun...and yesterday I found out that I have earned a place on Rusty Pickles design team! This will be an amazing opportunity!

OK...here we go I've been meaning to start my own blog for quite some time! I will have alot of fun with posting all my scrapbook projects here! hahaha as soon as I figure out what ot do!
